Content & Intellectual Property Policy

The Turkish version of this document is the authoritative (binding) text; the English version is a courtesy translation only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
This policy governs the intellectual-property status of all content provided by xcollective360, the licence granted to you, and the acceptable-use rules. This document is a DRAFT and is pending legal review. It complements the intellectual-property section of the Terms of Service.
1. Grant of Licence (FSEK No. 5846)
All content, including course, mentorship, podcast, and community materials, are works protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) (protection lasts for the author's life plus 70 years). You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use these materials. This licence is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Copying the content, or downloading it beyond reasonable personal use.
- Reproducing and distributing via screen recording or screenshots.
- Sharing account or login credentials (credential-sharing).
- Re-uploading the content to other platforms or publicly reposting it.
- Copying, sharing, or reposting content that other members have shared within the community without that member's explicit consent — under the “content shared within legal limits” principle, this use is expressly prohibited.
3. Reserved Economic Rights (art. 21–25)
All economic rights under FSEK are reserved by the author/rightsholder:
- The right of adaptation (art. 21).
- The right of reproduction (art. 22).
- The right of distribution (art. 23).
- The right of performance (art. 24).
- The right of communication to the public by devices enabling the transmission of signs, sounds, and/or images (art. 25).
4. Takedown & Account Termination
We reserve the right to remove infringing content and, in the case of repeated or serious violations, to suspend or terminate the relevant account. If you believe content infringes your rights, you may notify us at info@xcollective360.com; we review such notices in good faith.
5. AI-Assisted Content & Accuracy
Some of our blog content is produced by an external content bot (AI-assisted) and reviewed before publication. This content is informational and may contain errors; for important decisions we recommend verifying official sources. We transparently note that questions of authorship under FSEK for AI-generated content remain unsettled, and that our practice in this area may evolve.
