Pre-Contractual Information Form

Last updated: 2026-07-07

The Turkish version of this document is the authoritative (binding) text; the English version is a courtesy translation only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.

This Pre-Contractual Information Form is prepared under article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) to inform the consumer BEFORE purchasing a paid service / digital content. In the checkout flow this form and the Distance-Sales Contract are presented to you; you must read and expressly accept both before confirming your order. This document is a DRAFT and will be reviewed by a lawyer before it takes effect.

1. Essential Characteristics of the Goods/Services

xcollective360 offers academic/educational advisory and mentorship packages and workshop sessions (for example program/school shortlisting, SOP/personal-statement mentorship, academic CV, scholarship mapping, interview prep, and the CV workshop). The scope, duration, and delivery format of each package/workshop are shown clearly in the relevant offer and in the checkout flow. The services are informational and educational; no admission, visa, or scholarship outcome is guaranteed (see the Advisory Statement).

2. Seller/Provider Identity & Contact Details

The seller/service provider's identity and contact details under Law 6563 are set out below:

Business information

[Placeholder — real registration/business details pending]

Business name
[işletme adı]
Trade name
[ticaret unvanı]
MERSIS no
[MERSİS no]
Registered address
[merkez adresi]
Phone
[telefon]
KEP address
[KEP adresi]

3. Total Price Including Taxes

For each package/workshop the applicable total price including all taxes (VAT/KDV) is shown clearly in the relevant offer and at the payment step (checkout). Prices shown on the site are example/placeholder values until founder-confirmed; the final amount at the payment stage prevails. In addition to the price, currency/transaction differences that the payment provider may apply can arise; such cases are indicated at the payment step.

4. Payment, Performance & Delivery Terms

Payment is made through the third-party payment providers presented in the checkout flow (Stripe and/or PayPal), by redirection to a secure payment page; your card details are not collected or stored by xcollective360. The service is a digital/remote service: performance begins with the consumer's express consent. Live 1:1 sessions and workshops are performed at the scheduled date/time; digital content is deemed performed at the moment access is granted. Details of the delivery/performance period are stated in the relevant offer and in the Distance-Sales Contract.

5. Right of Withdrawal: Existence, Conditions, Period & Procedure

Under article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has, as a rule, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Where the right is exercised, amounts paid are refunded to the consumer within 14 days of the date the withdrawal notice reaches the seller. It is sufficient to give the withdrawal notice in writing or on a durable medium (for example, email); you may also use the model withdrawal form below.

Model Withdrawal Form

(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete this form and send it to the seller.)

  • Consumer: [full name]
  • Order/transaction date: [day/month/year]
  • Service/package ordered: [package or workshop name]
  • Order number / payment reference: [reference on the payment-provider receipt]
  • Withdrawal statement: “I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded under this agreement.”
  • Date and signature: [day/month/year] — (signature if notified on paper)

6. Address for the Withdrawal Notice

You may send your withdrawal notice to the address stated in the seller identity above; by email to info@xcollective360.com; or by registered e-mail (KEP) to [KEP adresi]. It is sufficient that the notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (art. 15/1(ğ) and 15/1(h))

Digital-Content Exception (art. 15/1(ğ)): For digital content performed instantly in electronic form with immediate access granted to the consumer, there are cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. For this exception to apply, the absence of the withdrawal right is clearly disclosed by this form and the consumer's express consent to performance/access beginning immediately is obtained. Accordingly, when you accept that access to digital content begins immediately upon payment confirmation, you may not be able to exercise your withdrawal right for that content.

Service Exception (art. 15/1(h)): For services such as one-to-one (1:1) live sessions and workshops, where — with the consumer's express consent — performance begins before the 14-day period expires, the right of withdrawal may end once performance is complete. Cancellation, reschedule, and no-show terms are stated in the relevant offer and in the Distance-Sales Contract.

8. Allocation of Return Costs

As the services are provided digitally/remotely, there is no return of a physical good and no shipping cost. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedure, no cost is charged to the consumer and the payment made is refunded using the same payment method within the periods set out in the legislation. If the payment provider applies any deductions, this is indicated at the payment step.

9. Complaint & Dispute-Resolution Channels

For complaints and requests you may first contact us at info@xcollective360.com. In the event of a dispute, consumers may apply, within the applicable monetary limits, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri). The current monetary limits and the competent authority are determined according to the values announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Order Confirmation Creates a Payment Obligation

Confirming your order — that is, confirming the “Pay” action that starts the payment step — creates a PAYMENT OBLIGATION for you. Before proceeding to the payment step, you are asked to expressly confirm that you have read and accept this Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance-Sales Contract.

11. Confirmation on a Durable Medium

The order confirmation and receipt are delivered to you on a durable medium via the receipt/confirmation email sent by the payment provider (Stripe/PayPal). The content and delivery of this receipt email are configured through the payment provider. You are advised to keep a copy of the contract for your own records.

12. Advisory Statement (No Guaranteed Outcome)

Our services are advisory and educational only; no admission, visa, or scholarship outcome is guaranteed. Final admission, visa, and scholarship decisions rest with universities, embassies/consulates, and funding bodies, and are outside our control. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information you provide; no legal or immigration-attorney relationship is created.
