The Services are not, and may not be construed as, legal representation, immigration lawyering, or an official application agency.

  • Mentorship and consulting sessions, including the free introductory (demo) call, are informational in nature.
  • Final application decisions and the preparation and submission of documents remain the user's responsibility.
  • Information provided is general; each user's circumstances differ and no individual outcome is guaranteed.

3. Advisory Nature & No Guaranteed Outcome

The statement below is an integral part of our Services (under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related advertising regulation, which prohibit misleading advertising). No “guaranteed admission/visa/scholarship” claim is made anywhere.

Our services are advisory and educational only; no admission, visa, or scholarship outcome is guaranteed. Final admission, visa, and scholarship decisions rest with universities, embassies/consulates, and funding bodies, and are outside our control. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information you provide; no legal or immigration-attorney relationship is created.

4. Intellectual Property & Licence (FSEK No. 5846)

All materials provided within the Services (lessons, presentations, recordings, podcasts, and community content) are works protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK). You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use them for your own personal purposes only. This licence does not include reproducing, redistributing, or sharing the content with third parties.

The detailed list of prohibited uses and the reserved economic rights are set out in the Content & Intellectual Property Policy; this section cross-references that policy.

5. User Obligations & Account Rules

  • You ensure that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; outcomes depend on its accuracy.
  • You keep your account and login credentials confidential, do not share them with third parties, and are responsible for unauthorised use.
  • You do not use the Services in any unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing manner.
  • In community spaces you do not copy, share, or repost other members' content without their consent.

6. Governing Law & Authoritative Language (Law No. 805)

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text prevails.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from consumer transactions fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or the Consumer Courts, depending on the applicable monetary thresholds. If you have a request or complaint, please contact us at info@xcollective360.com before resorting to formal channels; we will try to resolve the matter in good faith and promptly.

8. ETBİS Registration

Registration with the Electronic Commerce Information System (ETBİS) will be completed to the extent a legal obligation arises. This section will be updated once the ETBİS registration details are finalised; no real registration number is stated at this time (pending founder/lawyer action).
